System Developer

Qualifications and other details:

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information System;
  • Proficient in VB6, VB.NET, MS SQL SERVER, MySQL;
  • Familiar with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
  • Knowledgeable in Software Engineering Client-Server Architecture Network Programming;
  • Knowledgeable in Relational Database Management System (RDBMS);
  • Experience in deployment of system in Local Area Network (LAN)/Wide Area Network (WAN);Creative with the ability to execute a system concept;
  • Ability to work within tight schedules;
  • Independent and great attention to details;
  • Able to communicate effectively and with good problem solving skills;
  • Must be a team player.

Account Sales Representative

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing software solutions / services and products
  • Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company's products and/or related services.
  • Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.
  • Sell a full range of E – D & C Solution's software products and services; requires consultative-selling skills
  • Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
  • Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
  • Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations
  • Provide account management to an existing territory

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be a self-starter
  • Must be able to demonstrate sales record (3+ years) at a high level of achievement
  • Solutions-selling experience in any one or all of the following areas: hardware, software, or other technical product
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) business, marketing and sales or related field of study
  • Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization
  • Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
  • Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Well-Developed

I.T. Support Officer

Qualifications and other details:

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information System.
  • Knowledgeable in Relational Database Management System (RDBMS);
  • Experience in deployment of system in Local Area Network (LAN)/Wide Area Network (WAN); Creative with the ability to execute a system concept;

Key Accountabilities:

  • To provide front line IT support to customers.
  • To install and configure PCs and associated peripherals and software.
  • To provide technical support requests from users for all PC hardware, software and associated peripherals.
  • To log support calls and document their outcome to facilitate the resolution of common queries.
  • To redirect or escalate support requests to the appropriate member of the IT Support Centre.
  • To pro-actively provide information to users on the progress of outstanding support.
  • To contribute to ensuring that the HelpDesk systems and software are kept up to date and messages are passed on and feedback received promptly.
  • To deploy PCs and associated peripherals including new installations and the redeployment of existing equipment.
  • To install and configure operating systems to agreed standards under the direction of the System Development Manager.
  • To install and configure software to agreed standards under the direction of the System Development Manager.
  • To provide at all times a professional, courteous and rapid response to Client's.
  • To undertake such other work as may be assigned which is consistent with the nature of the job and its level of responsibility.
  • To conform to E – D & C SOLUTIONS DELIVERY, INC. standards and guidelines with respect to information systems.
